  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 cups Organic All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Celebrate peak citrus season with our easy, viral Citrus Olive Oil Cake! Using your favorite citrus from our harvest boxes, this simple recipe promises a burst of sunshine in every bite. It's so easy and incredibly delicious!

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine almond flour, salt, baking powder, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, extra virgin olive oil, and oranges (seeds removed) in a blender.
  • Blend at medium speed until smooth.
  • Prepare the cake pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it before pouring in the batter.
  • Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
  • Cool before removing from the pan.
